Works with the systems you already know and trust

Kroll Fillware + more soon

Faxes don't process themselves.

Every script that comes in by fax means someone squinting at a blurry page and inputting it by hand. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it's pulling your team away from other tasks.

📠

The fax pile never ends

Scripts stack up faster than staff can key them in, especially at open and close.

⌨️

Manual entry burns hours

Every prescription inputted by hand is time your staff isn't spending on other pharmacy work.

⚠️

Typos create extra work

A misread dose or quantity can slow down processing and force your team to stop and correct the record.

Built for the pharmacy floor

Stop retyping faxes

Incoming prescriptions are read, parsed, and structured automatically. No more squinting and keying.

Built for staff review

Your team checks the extracted details before processing. Confidence scores flag exactly what needs a second look.

No copy-paste, ever

Reviewed prescriptions move straight into Kroll or Fillware. No re-keying, no switching windows.

Every action logged

Intake, review, processing, and edits are timestamped and attributed. Audit-ready by design.

Private, Canadian AI

Prescription data is processed and stored in Canada with patient confidentiality built in.

Designed for pharmacy workflow

RxAgent supports the intake steps your staff already handles, with clear review points before prescriptions move into your dispensing software.

What pharmacies ask us

Which pharmacy systems do you support? +

RxAgent enters prescriptions into Kroll and Fillware at launch, with more systems on the roadmap. Tell us what you run when you join the waitlist and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Where is my patient data stored? +

Entirely in Canada. AI processing and data storage run on Canadian cloud infrastructure, with patient confidentiality built into the workflow. We are PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant from day one.

Does this replace my staff? +

No. RxAgent removes manual inputting, not your team. Staff still review the extracted prescription before processing, and pharmacists still complete their professional review before dispensing.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong? +

Each extracted field comes with a confidence score, so anything uncertain is flagged for staff review before the prescription is processed in your dispensing software. As corrections to AI occur, our properietary AI model will continue to improve over time.

When does it launch and what does it cost? +

We're onboarding a small group of pilot pharmacies in 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch with timing and pilot pricing for your pharmacy.
